Hide points.
When modeling complex objects, You often need to hide points cause they clutter Your work space. When You are building the different parts of Your object, and do this from the very beginning. Pick faces and make them subgroups, this way You get two very important advantages:
- You can hide each subgroups from Pick Points mode by selecting Hide Points and then select Pick Subgroup;
- You often find that making edges sharp is not always that simple but one method is to use the above technique. Go to Pick Edges mode and select Pick Subgroup, You get a choice to pick the outline (boundary) edges of that specific subgroup.
